Residents who want to use facilities and services at Riverside Park and Ralph Mitchell Zoo have a new, convenient way to reserve them.
Beginning today, the new CivicRec software system will allow users to create their own accounts, reserve and pay for rentable park facilities and request group field trips or ZooMobile education programs. The new system will be accessible around the clock.
In the near future, the new system also will include registration functions for programs offered by the Independence Recreation Commission.
