State Senator Virgil Peck announces the stops on his spring listening tour.
The Havana Republican will visit seven cities in southeast Kansas next week. On Monday, Peck will visit Caney from 4 to 5pm in the city council chambers. From 5:30 to 6:30, Peck will be at the Yoke Restaurant in Coffeyville.
On Tuesday, Peck will visit locations in Parsons, Cherryvale and Independence. He will make stops in Chanute and Erie next Friday.
Peck says hearing from constituents helps him know what is on the minds of voters. He says there are many important issues up for consideration in this legislative session.
State House members Doug Blex, Ron Bryce, Dan Goddard, Ken Collins and Mike Houser will join Peck as he stops in their legislative districts.
