A school board position left vacant by a resignation two months ago in the USD-436 is still available.
Caney Superintendent Blake Vargas gives the details.
Vargas says an application was received before the April meeting, but the board wanted to give more people an opportunity to apply before making a selection.
Those who qualify have until May 10th to apply. The online application can be found here.
