Congressman Jake LaTurner announces the 2024 Congressional Art Competition for the Second Congressional District of Kansas.
Each spring, a nationwide art competition for high school students is sponsored by the U.S. House of Representatives. The winning artwork from each district’s competition will be displayed for one year in the U.S. Capitol. The exhibit in Washington will include the winning artwork from all participating districts from around the country.
The deadline for submissions is Friday, April 26, 2024.
Categories include paintings, drawings, collages, prints, mixed media, computer-generated art, and photography.
