Montgomery County is set to begin the search to fill the newly established position of County Administrator.

 Montgomery County Commissioners met yesterday in a special Thursday meeting due to the Presidential Preference Primary held earlier this week. Director of Human Resources Ben Brubaker updated the commission on the search for a candidate for a newly created county position. Brubaker read the posting for commissioners.

Brubaker presented commissioners a list of other questions they might want to add to the listing to ensure the most qualified applicants. Commissioner Robert Bever had two questions he wanted to add.

In other business at this week's meeting, commissioners heard a presentation from Edmund's GovTech as well as reports from Public Works Director Jim Wright and from Matt Debo of Environmental and Zoning.
