The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has arrested a 19 year old man in connection to the January 2023 death of a Lansing teen-ager.
Torin Baughman of Lansing was taken into custody yesterday (Wednesday) on charges of first-degree murder of a 15 year old known as NCB. NCB was found dead in his home on January 18, 2023. Baughman is accused of providing NCB with the fentanyl that caused his death.
Baughman was booked into the Leavenworth County Jail and given a $500,000 bond. The investigation is ongoing and the case is expected to be prosecuted by the Leavenworth County Attorney's Office.
