Moving heavy pews, desks and bookshelves might be a daunting task for the average church congregation, but members of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Coffeyville got some extra help this weekend from the CCC Baseball Team.

The entire Red Raven Baseball Team turned out Sunday morning to help the church prepare for tile cleaning and resealing. A task that might have taken hours was reduced to a few minutes with the help of around 40 volunteers. St. Paul's Pastor Jon Franson thanked the players several times for their generosity in helping out. Afterwards, the team was fed lunch provided by the church.
