A 71 year old Washington County, OK, man faces charges of Domestic Abuse.
Phillip Cramer made an appearance in Washington County Court yesterday to face allegations stemming from a March 8th incident in which Cramer allegedly used a firearm to attack a family member. The victim told police that Cramer attacked her after she made a comment about a TV show.
Cramer also faces charges of possessing a firearm after a felony conviction. He is being held on a $20,000 bond.
