Two Felony Arrests to Start March in Parsons

 

The Parsons Police Department make two felony arrests to start the month.

 

On March 2nd, An officer spotted Stephen Dunn walking near the Parsons Municipal Building. When Dunn saw the officer, he fled on foot. A woman, identified as Illyana Oneal, was with him and she fled in a different direction. After a short foot pursuit, Dunn was arrested. He had active warrants through Labette County, Montgomery County, the Kansas Department of Corrections and Parsons Municipal Court.

 

On March 6th, officers arrested Timothy Robinson for non-residential burglary after a homeowner reported a generator missing from a residence that was being remodeled. Officers responded to the house and cleared the residence. When they checked the detached garage, they found Robinson inside with items he was preparing to steal. Robinson was arrested on charges of burglary, criminal damage and theft. Robinson is a long-time felon with multiple arrests for controlled substances and burglary.
