Coffeyville Friends of Animals has recently started a Trap-Neuter-Return program to help decrease the number of feral cats in town. Board Director Becky Barnhart says there has been some confusion regarding this program.

Barnhart says participating in the TNR program is easy but there is a cost associated with it.  Barnhart says anyone with questions about the TNR program can contact the shelter at (620)252-6060 or stop by between 1:00pm to 3:00pm on weekdays and 1:00pm to 4:00pm on weekends.
