The City of Parsons announces the installment of new water meters in the the city.

 Parsons will collaborate with Vanguard utility Service to install new water meters and lids in order to improve water infrastructure. During the process, crews will need to move soil around existing meters. There is the chance that customers may have dirt piled in their yards. The city says these areas will be addressed and the soil reinstated to its original state.
