Coffeyville's Average Monthly Payment Plan enrollment is open for the month of March.

Director of Customer Service Alesia McFarland says customers who have paid utility bills for 12 months can sign up for this plan.  Sign-ups for the AMP Plan are done in March and October. A link to sign up for this plan as well as more information can be found here.
