Two people are in in custody following a Tuesday morning car chase.

 Around 9am on Tuesday a Chase County Deputy stopped a vehicle on US 50 near Strong City. During the stop, it was discovered that the passenger in the car had a warrant and was possibly armed and dangerous. The driver then fled eastbound toward Emporia. The vehicle stopped at an Emporia intersection and the occupants fled on foot. Both suspects were found hiding in a garage and taken into custody. The suspects were identified as a 25 year old man and a 33 year old woman, both from Wichita.
