One is injured in a single-vehicle crash in Mayes County.
The injury accident happened yesterday morning at about 6:45am. A 2010 Dodge Challenger, driven by 52-year-old Kelly Foreman, was westbound on County Road East 550 about three miles west of Locust Grove.
Foreman departed the road to the right about 70 feet before hitting a driveway culvert. The Challenger then went airborne for 40 feet before hitting a tree about 6 feet off the ground. The car came to a rest after hitting the tree and then caught fire. Foreman was transported to St Francis Hospital in Tulsa and admitted in stable condition with head injuries.
