The Neodesha City Commission swaers in a new member and approves work on a Main Street water line.
At the first city commission meeting of the new year, the Neodesha City commision said good-bye to commissioner JD Moffat after nine years of service. New commissioner Duane Banzet was then sworn in by City Clerk Stefanie Fyfe.
Commissioner Emily Vail-Kellner was also appointed as vice-mayor. In other business before the commission, $180,000 was approved to purchase a new bucket truck while commissioners also gave the go-ahead to proceed with a new water line for the Main Street Bore Project at a cost of $16,000. The next regular Neodesha Commission meeting will be on January 24th
