A Bartlesville man faces charges of DUI, carrying firearms under the influence, and driving with license revoked, after an incident December 23rd in Bartlesville.
Jayston Cato was arrested after he was pulled over for erratic driving. The officer's report says Cato was swerving in and out of lanes before the traffic stop was initiated. After the stop, it was discovered that Cato’s license was revoked.
Marijuana was also located in the vehicle along with an odor of alcohol. Cato's failure of field sobriety tests led to his arrest.
Cato's bond was set at $7,500; his next court date is set for January 24th.
