The Oswego Police Department introduces its newest K9 officer.

K9 Tito is an 18-month-old dual purpose Belgian Malinois. Dual-purpose K9s can be used on both patrol and in narcotics and bomb detection.

Tito is currently at home for a week of bonding with his handler and then will be headed back to training with Torchlight K9 for certification.
