Local low brass players joined together yesterday afternoon for an annual holiday cheer event.

 The 14th annual Holly Jolly Tubas concert was held at Pittsburg State University.

 The band was comprised of tubas and baritones, however, all low brass players were welcome.

 Close to 50 musicians were there, ranging from eleven to eighty-one years old, playing 25 holiday classics.

 Plans are already in the works for next year's performance.
