A Girard man dies from injuries sustained in a November car accident.

 84 year old Jerry Jones of Girard was involved in a 2 vehicle accident on November 19 just north of Pittsburg. In the accident, Jones failed to yield at an intersection and was struck by another vehicle. He was taken to Ascension Via Christi in Pittsburg for treatment, but succumbed to his injuries earlier this week. The two occupants of the other vehicle both received serious injuries in the accident.
