Two Miami men face charges of arson and possession of an unregistered destructive device after allegedly throwing Molotov cocktails at the Ottawa County, Oklahoma, Sheriff's office last weekend.

 Those charges were filed against Emillio Gallardo and Dakota Johns in federal court, in the US District Court of the Northern District of Oklahoma.

Security footage shows the suspects walking up to the Sheriff's office around midnight on Saturday night. The pair attempted to ignite the bottles they were carrying and throw them at the building. Authorities say the devices broke but failed to fully ignite.

The Sheriff's office also houses the Ottawa County Jail and there were staff and inmates in the building at the time the incident occurred.

The ATF and FBI are also investigating.
