The Dewey City Council and Public Works Authority met last night for their first of two regular monthly meetings, and both meetings wrapped up quickly.

 For the City Council, the only agenda item was an update from the police department given by Dewey Police  Jimmy Grey says his department has made some needed improvements with grant money.

Grey also informed the council about the number of calls the police department has done.

The Dewey City Council and Public Works Authority will meet again on December 18th for their last meeting of the year.
