Montgomery County has a new community survey coming out soon.

 Director of human Resources Ben Brubaker says the county wants to get the survey to as many residents as possible in order to get feedback.

Brubaker says the purpose of the survey is to understand what residents want from their county government.

In other business at today's commission meeting, commissioners heard an update from Henry Schmidt with the Council on Aging as well as an update on cyber security from Jason Clubine. The Montgomery County Commission meets every Monday at 9am in the basement of the Judicial Center in Independence.
