A Parsons teen is reported as a runaway or missing juvenile for the second time this month.
The Parsons Police Department is looking for 14-year-old MarCia Wilson. She was last seen on Thursday and was reported missing/runaway on Friday. Anyone with information should contact PPD at (620)421-7060.
Wilson was reported missing/runaway on October 4th before being located on October 5th.
