Election Day is quickly approaching and that means so are several important dates for voters.
Election Day 2023 is set for November 7th. For those who want to vote, that means your last day to register is Tuesday, October 17.
To register to vote you must be a U.S citizen and be a resident of the State of Kansas. You must also have reached the age of 18 years before the next statewide general election and, if you have been convicted of a felony, have received final discharge from imprisonment, parole or conditional release. You will also need to register if either your name or address has changed.
For those already registered, early voting begins on Wednesday, October 18 and runs through Monday November 6, at your local county clerk's office.
