The USD 445 Board of Education sets their date for the revenue neutral rate and budget hearing for 2023-2024. Assistant Superintendent Micheal Speer says the hearing will be at the September board meeting on Monday, September 11th.
Speer says after the hearing the board will take action and vote on both the revenue neutral rate and the budget for the upcoming year. The board does intend to exceed the revenue neutral rate for 2023-2024. In other business, the board approved the resignations of nine employees, including Head Softball Coach David Pitts.
