Red Flag Warning in Effect Tomorrow

A red flag warning goes into effect tomorrow morning for the area.  The fire weather watch in place has been upgraded and now includes Montgomery and Labette counties as well as Nowata county and many other parts of northeast Oklahoma.  The warning will be in place from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m. tomorrow.  The National Weather Service says winds will gust around 55 mph while humidity levels will drop into the teens.   Outdoor burning is discouraged and any fires that accidentally start can spread very quickly.  In addition, a high wind watch is in effect all day tomorrow.  Today, a wind advisory is in effect starting at 11 a.m. since the area could see gusts up to 45 mph.
