An investigation by the KBI and the Baxter Springs Police Department leads to two arrests.

 Tuesday, March 28, KBI agents and Baxter Springs police served a search warrant at the residence of 400 Washington Avenue. During the search, pills believed to contain fentanyl, cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located.

 26-year-old Braydon Krokroskia of Baxter Springs, was arrested for possession of opiates with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, and possession of use paraphernalia. 22-year-old Brittany St. Clair, of Baxter Springs, was also arrested for possession of marijuana. 

 Formal charges are pending. The investigation is ongoing.
