When it comes to recruiting new businesses and industries to an area, there can be a lot involved. 

 Executive Director of the Montgomery County Action Council Riley Lukomski says there are many aspects involved in industrial recruitment.  He says confidentiality during the location selection process is extremely important.  Lukomski says many times an industry looking to relocate to Montgomery Country has other locations around the country and doesn't want to panic workers in those locations about a possible relocation.

 Lukomski says there are many other important factors such as geographical location, available workforce, topography, and infrastructure.  Lukomski spoke yesterday to the Coffeyville Rotary Club.
