An employee at the Coffeyville Resources Refinery has died as the result of an accident.  In a statement released by CVR Energy the employ died at the hospital after what’s being termed as an incident at the refinery yesterday.  The name of the victim has not been released.

The refinery, which is undergoing maintenance has reported the incident to regulators and an investigation is underway. In the statement released today, CVR says their focus is on the family, employees and contractors working at the Coffeyville facility and they ask people to keep them in their thoughts and prayers.
