A Bartlesville man pleads guilty to assault, battery, and conspiracy charges after an incident at a gas station.
The incident took place in March of 2022. Ace Edmison was charged with assault and battery, and conspiracy after an incident at the QuikTrip. Court records say the victim told officers that Edmison had jumped him. Video footage showed Edmison punching the victim in the face, which was consistent with a red mark on the victim's face. Edmison was driven to the gas station by his father, with Edmison's only alleged intent to attack the victim.
Edmison pled guilty in Washington County Court yesterday afternoon. His sentencing hearing was set for April 12th at 1:30.
