The local firefighters union has issued a vote of no confidence in Coffeyville City Manager, Mark Hall after yesterday’s termination of the fire chief.  The union has issued a public statement saying there was a unanimous vote of no confidence in Hall and that the union was in total disagreement with the termination of the Chief.  The statement went on to say that Chief Kenneth Ward was a qualified, experienced employee who was invested in the community.    

Ward’s termination yesterday was confirmed by City Manager Mark Hall who’s only comment was that the employment relationship between Ward and the City has ended.
