Severe Weather Preparedness Week continues today with a statewide tornado drill.

According to the City of Coffeyville, sirens will sound in town at 10 a.m. The drill will also be broadcast over NOAA Weather Radio as well. Everyone is encouraged to practice seeking shelter in your home or workplace as part of the drill. All week, various aspects of severe weather are being highlighted as storm season approaches.
