The USD 445 Board of Education approves the calendar for the 2023-2024 school year.

The board voted unanimously to approve the calendar for the new year. Notable dates include the first day of school on August 17^th, winter break starting on December 25^th, school resuming on January 10^th and the 2024 school year ending on May 24^th. Superintendent Dr. Craig Correll says that no student or teacher reports until after the Interstate Fair and Rodeo which is from August 6^th to August 12^th.

In other business, the board approved the purchase of learning services and interactive boards and stands.
