The State of Kansas goes back to back.

For the second year in a row, Kansas is awarded Site Selection's Governor's Cup. This award is given to the state with the most business investment per capita in the country. The last year was a record year for Kansas, with businesses investing nearly $7.4 billion and creating and retaining over 13,000 jobs.

Governor Laura Kelly says this would not be possible without the business and community leaders around the state. She says not long ago, Kansas was making headlines for failure and mismanagement, but now they are establishing Kansas as the premier state in the nation to do business.
