Nine Arrested In Drug Raid By Indy Police & KBI

 

 The Independence Police Department, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office, and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation arrest nine people on drug-related charges.

 Around 9:00 a.m. yesterday morning, law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at 413 S. 11th in Indy. Metha and drug paraphernalia were found at the residence. Nine people were present when the search was conducted.

 After the search, 35-year-old Dustin Vaughn, of Independence, was arrested for various possession counts. Vaughn also had an outstanding arrest warrant for failure to appear. 31-year-old Brian Noble, of Independence, was arrested on possession charges. He also had three outstanding arrest warrants for aggravated failure to appear. 44-year-old Stephen Mills, 31-year-old Jonathan Wyatt, 51-year-old Stacie Fine, 56-year-old Tammy Kinney, 41-year-old Marsha Bolin, 27-year-old Tyler Slaton, and 50-year-old Stephen Landsaw, all of Independence, were arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of sale drug paraphernalia, and possession of use paraphernalia.

 All subjects were booked into the Montgomery County Jail with formal charges pending. The investigation is ongoing.
