A Caney man is arrested on multiple counts.

According to the Caney Police Department at about 6:30 pm on Tuesday a suspicious person was seen entering an unoccupied vehicle in the 600 block of South High Street. The witness was able to provide a description but officers were unable to locate the suspect.

Later that evening at about 9:30 another call came in and officers were dispatched to the 800 block of N. State St. in reference to a suspicious person. The officers were able to make contact with a person who matched the description of the suspect involved in the earlier car burglary.

After questioning 39-year-old Julius White, officers booked him into the Montgomery County Jail and White was charged with Burglary of Vehicle to commit felony theft or sexually motivated crime, criminal trespass, possession of marijuana and use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, and criminal threat.
