Neewollah, Kansas's largest annual celebration, continues today with the Carnival opening from 3 to 10, the Kiddie Parade is at 4 this afternoon, and the Marine Force Band will perform at Memorial Hall at 6 tonight. It is free to the public but you must obtain a ticket at Neewollah headquarters at 220 N. Penn. Lost and Found is also located at Neewollah headquarters.
