The City of Caney has adopted a Tier System on the upcoming utility bill. This is due to the Water Emergency that Caney is under. Your Tier is based o your usage, Your new bill will reflect the tier you are in and the price you pay. The new ordinance was published in the October 20th issue of the Montgomery County Chronicle.
