The Kansas Highway Patrol wanted to remind everyone that it’s Teen Driver Safety Week.

KHP wants to make sure you take just a minute of time to reiterate to your driving teens the life-and-death consequences of distracted or impaired driving. Even if you’ve told them a thousand times, tell them again that seat belts, speed limits, no texting, and staying sober will help keep them on the road. Do this and you could possibly avoid the anguish of the terrifying knock on your door or a phone call from a sorrowful Kansas Trooper to inform you about your teen.
