The Sedan Elementary Students are participating in a Halloween Parade in downtown Sedan. The students will be in their costumes and will start the parade at the Farm Bureau on Friday, October 28th at 2 pm. Martha Davis is coordinating the event.
This is the first time the elementary students have paraded downtown. If your business would like to pass out candy Martha asks that you be outside on the sidewalk when they come by.
