The Coffeyville Police Department arrested 32-year-old Devin Smith for the alleged distribution of methamphetamine and marijuana and several other charges. The alleged drug dealer was caught, according to CPD with between 100 grams and 1 kilo of meth and between 25 and 450 grams of marijuana. Smith was also charged last Friday with possession of a weapon by a felon, possession of paraphernalia with intent to manufacture, interference with a law enforcement officer, no drug tax stamp, and possession of a controlled substance. Smith is awaiting his first appearance in court.
