A teenager is arrested for drugs and tobacco in Independence. On Friday at around 11:30am, Independence Police Officers were called to the 1300 block of N. 10th St. to follow up on a call of suspicious activity.
After an investigation, a 17-year-old male was charged with possession of a hallucinogenic drug, drug paraphernalia, and a minor in possession of tobacco.
