These arrests were all due to traffic stops and the Chanute Police Department’s officers’ ability to determine through successful investigation techniques that something more than a traffic infraction was occurring.

35-year-old Timothy Martin, 53-year-old Daren Bracken, both of Chanute, plus 52-year-old Michelle Jordan of Piqua and 25-year-old Rebecca Bloemer of Wichita were all charged with alleged possession of methamphetamine, and drug paraphernalia in addition to other various charges and infractions.

18-year-old Chase Turner of Eureka was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.

Reports of all the arrests, upon completion, will be forwarded to the Neosho County Attorney’s Office for review and consideration of charges to be filed.
