Changes in the demographics of the area are presenting new challenges for schools.  Montgomery County has seen a significant increase in multicultural residents and the principal of Field Kindley High School, Travis Stalford says that creates some new challenges for the school system.  He says many of the students from other countries hold full-time jobs while they are in high school.

Stalford, speaking to the Coffeyville Rotary Club on Tuesday says that even with new challenges Coffeyville schools are performing well with graduation rates above the state average.
