While conducting a traffic stop near the intersection of Steuben Ave. and 2^nd St. Officers with the Chanute Police Department spoke with the persons involved and subsequently arrested 35-year-old Timothy Martin of Chanute for alleged possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Once completed, reports of the arrest will be forwarded to the Neosho County Attorney’s Office for review and charges to be filed.
