Late last week the Caney Police Department officers stopped a vehicle in a school zone for speeding. 20-year-old Colby Ray Glenn of Bartlesville was identified as the driver. During the stop and subsequent investigation, the offices developed probable cause to search the vehicle and located a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia as well as a firearm.

Glenn was taken into custody without incident and charged with alleged possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, criminal possession of a firearm, no driver’s license, and speeding. Glenn was released on bond, pending his court hearing.
