Late last week, according to the Coffeyville Police Department, 19-year-old Rian Green was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reports connected to the arrest have been sent to the Montgomery County Attorney’s Office for review and consideration of formal charges.
