Kansas will open Dove Season on September 1st. Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks has a bag limit of 15, either mourning or white-winged doves. There is no limit on Eurasian collard or ringed turtle doves, but any taken in addition to the mourning and white-winged dove daily bag must have a fully-feathered wing attached while being transported. So, any Eurasian collard or ringed turtle doves must have at least a wing attached while being transported. There is a possession limit of 45 mourning and white-winged doves as well.
