A Jasper County Missouri teen has been missing since August 1st. 16-year-old Matthew Messer was last seen wearing jeans and a t-shirt leaving his residence on Fountain Road in Jasper County, Mo. He was possibly headed to Kansas. His brother lives in the Pittsburg or Weir, Kansas area. Messer is reported to be 5’7″, 150lbs with black hair and brown eyes.
