The Board of Commissioners met with Emergency Preparedness Director Rick Whitson today and gave him permission to obtain bids on carpeting the entire basement of the Judicial Center.

They also voted to have Legacy Funeral Home Holdings of Kansas, otherwise known as Webb and Roderick Funeral Home, as the primary contractor responsible for picking up bodies as the county needs. Chairperson Bever went over some of the details of the contract.
